Where is your showroom?
We are currently only an online retailer. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to transfer all our resources online and close all showrooms.
We plan to bring out our new flagship showroom in Central London by 2023.
Can you make manual adjustments to products?
Yes, we are able to make some adjustments to various products at your request. Such as extending lighting cables, colour fabric swatches and minor alterations. Please contact us to ask about any alterations you'd like.
Can I get a swatch sample?
Currently, we are only able to provide electronic swatches. To receive an electronic swatch, please contact customer services.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary for each product, due to the size and location of various furniture and decor being manufactured in our different warehouses internationally.
Larger items may take longer due to manufacturing-to-order times. At the same time, smaller decor and furniture can be with you in a matter of days.

How much is shipping?
We ship to anywhere in the world completely free of charge for orders over £100. All other orders will be subject to our £10 courier fee.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our furniture and decor. Anything wrong with your product at all, notify us within 30 days from receiving it, and we will replace or refund you for your purchase.
